What units of measurement are used for your paper goods? 

Posters are now printed in the standard "A" paper sizes:

Where do you offer delivery to?

We currently offer shipping to every country in the world with the following exceptions:

• China 
• Russia

These restrictions are due to issues with parcel carriers and their ability to deliver reliably from the UK to these regions.

Why do I have to give both my email address and phone number?

Due to the ongoing complexities of international shipping due to Brexit, COVID, and a general tightening of security, it is becoming increasingly necessary to provide couriers with as much information as possible to verify the recipient of the order. Some couriers are starting to refuse shipment of orders that don't have a phone number associated. In some cases the courier will use your phone number to make contact to arrange alternate delivery or regarding payment of any import fees that may be required. 

Your phone number will never be passed on to anybody else except the courier, and will never be used for any marketing or other forms of spam by wheezyt.gg (I hate that stuff too).

Can I return an item?

If there is a defect with your print we are happy to replace your item for you or offer a refund for the damaged items.

How long does shipping take?

All items are produced in and shipped from the UK. In stock items generally despatch in 1-2 working days, items on back order may take up to 10 days to despatch.  Shipping times vary depending on location but average delivery is 1-2 days within the UK and between 5 and 7 business days international.

(Please note due to COVID & Brexit these times are a very rough guide, despatch may take several days and delivery can be delayed by as much as 2-3 weeks depending on how busy the delivery services are)
